Our web server records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To deliver services you've engaged us for (contract).
• To keep the website secure (legitimate interests).

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers for website hosting and email. They process information on our behalf and only as we instruct. We will share information if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@kwintech.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
