KwinTech.AI is the automation service from KwinTech Services Limited, a software company based in Liverpool.
Where we've come from
Our founder has spent more than 13 years building business software. That includes cloud platforms, integrations and line-of-business applications for UK government departments, NHS trusts, national retailers, lenders and food manufacturers, as well as for small firms that had outgrown spreadsheets.
That work covered Azure cloud migrations, integrations with Dynamics 365, Salesforce and SAP, secure sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID, and AI-powered automation. It was built with the same testing and CI/CD discipline that larger organisations expect.
Along the way we built products for the kind of everyday problems small firms face. These included a business mail system that turns emails into tasks for staff, project management software for language service providers (LinguisTriks), and vehicle GPS tracking.
Why we're focused on AI automation
Almost every project we've worked on came back to the same thing: skilled people losing hours to repetitive admin. Modern AI can now read an email, understand an invoice or answer a routine question well enough to take that work away, and it no longer takes an enterprise budget to use it.
