How we work

Small steps, real results

We don't start with a six-month project. We find one workflow that's costing you time, automate it properly, and build from there.

1

Free workflow review

A 30-minute call, or a visit if you're near Liverpool. We ask how work arrives, who touches it, which systems it passes through, and where it gets stuck. You don't need to prepare anything.

2

A clear, fixed-price proposal

We come back with the one or two automations we think will save you the most time, what they'll do step by step, what they'll cost to build and run, and what we'd leave alone. If automation isn't worth it for you, we'll say so.

3

Build around your tools

We connect the systems you already use and add AI only where it earns its place, such as reading messy emails or documents. Anything important gets a human approval step until you're comfortable letting it run.

4

Test with real work

Before switching anything on we run it alongside your current process, using your real emails, invoices and bookings, and fix what doesn't match how your team actually works.

5

Launch, support, improve

We show your team how it works, monitor it, and keep it running when software or suppliers change. When you're ready, we move on to the next workflow.

Our principles

What you can expect from us

Humans approve what matters

AI does the reading and preparing. People keep the final say on money, commitments and customer promises.

Everything is visible

Every automated step is logged, so you can see what happened, when, and why.

Plain English

No jargon in proposals, invoices or training. If we can't explain it simply, we haven't designed it well enough.

Built to last

We document what we build and design it so it's easy to change as your business grows.

Find out what you could stop doing by hand

A 30-minute call, no charge. We'll look at how work moves through your business and point out what's worth automating first, and what isn't.
