  • Check Interview Stages at KwinTech

    Whenever you decide to send us your CV, be ready for a job interview that goes in several stages. At the first stage, we’d like to learn about your experience, interests, and expectations. At the end of the interview, you will need to undergo a test allowing us to evaluate your skills.

    After successful completion of the test, you’ll be invited to the second interview stage. We will arrange a meeting with your future PM to give you a detailed overview of your project and key responsibilities.

    Next, our team will make a final decision on your joining us. At the last stage of the interview, we will discuss your salary, benefits package, and some legal issues. If we reach an agreement, our HR will take you on an excursion through our office premises.

Senior .Net/Cloud Programmer

We have a vacancy for a Senior Software Engineer to help us improve and grow our range of products. We develop several products including the LinguisTriks. LinguisTriks Software is a web .NET/.NET Core C# application utilising .NET, MVC, ServiceBus and the frontend is written in Angular 9.

The Senior Engineer will help bolster our LinguisTriks Product and will become responsible for improving and growing the product. It’s a web/.NET product, so we need someone with a significant amount of experience with .NET, the .NET Framework and .NET Core. To fit this position, you should be a quick learner with an ability to adapt to many different technology areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing, and finishing, great code with excellent attention to detail
  • A focus on getting the job done right, first time
  • Contribute to the development of high quality products on time and within budget
  • Working collaboratively with a team of highly skilled developers

Graphic Designer

KwinTech is in search for a Mid-Weight Designer. This is a role for someone looking to design across both national and international markets incorporating both print and digital design techniques.

The success of your application will determine on your ability to display high levels of creative enthusiasm/passion to create cutting edge, eye-catching designs. The role is open to anyone with proven creative experience looking to join a company who will nurture your talent, giving you a platform to grow. I am looking for creative flair, a great conceptual mind as well as the ability to collaboratively across multiple teams.

From the get-go, this role will exposure you a number of different projects across B2B and B2C markets, with no day the same you’ll be working on anything from new emerging clients to internal/external marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Comfortable working across the Adobe CC apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
  • Hunger to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable working alongside key stakeholders.
  • A portfolio with eye-catching, well laid out designs.

Desired but NOT essential:

  • Experience in video editing/animation (Premier Pro/After Effects) – basic/intermediate level.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (knowing your limitations when designing for the web, not coding from scratch).
  • Some experience/knowledge with UX/UI Design, i.e. landing pages, email marketing etc.

Junior Software Test Analyst

The fastest growing software company in the North West are looking to bring in a Software Test Analyst to join their agile Software Development and Testing team. You will be working closely with Developers, Business Analysts and other testers to develop award winning software tailored to meet client needs. As a Software Tester / QA Engineer, you will be writing and executing test scripts to identify bugs within software before live release.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in manual software testing
  • Experience of Automated testing would be advantageous
  • ISTQB qualification
  • Strong SQL experience
  • An understanding of XML
  • Agile experience would be great, but its not a must.
  • Any experience of Azure DevOps tools would be great.
